Let God help you develop true inner strength and peace

We look to God and the Bible as the source of our healing, building inner strength as we pursue New Resiliency!
We walk beside folks, helping each other to focus on allowing God to work in our lives. Together, using a spiraling Biblically based approach, we find healing, build inner strength, and develop true resiliency.
New Resiliency is a life recovery group that follows a spiraling Biblically based curriculum. Each week we go to the scriptures that are the basis of step based recovery programs, sharing our experience, strength, and hope with one another as we recover from various life challenges. Together, we seek support, looking to God and the Bible as the foundation for our healing, aiming for mental, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.
Many of us have faced difficulties and made mistakes throughout our lives. Some are recovering from addictions and compulsions, while others are healing from abuse, poor life choices, abduction, cruelty, trafficking, or neglect. Whether as victims or participants in our struggles, we often feel powerless over our past experiences. By coming together, we can build our inner strength and reclaim the healthy, productive lives that are our birthright as children of God.
Our focus is on progress rather than perfection; we acknowledge that we cannot rewrite the past and instead strive for the serenity and peace that only God can provide. We recognize that our experiences can serve as a beacon for others, helping us overcome feelings of uselessness, fear, and insecurity. As we engage in personal development, we find that we intuitively know how to handle situations that once caused us anxiety. Ultimately, we come to realize that God is fostering the resiliency within us that we couldn't discover on our own.
We have a Women’s Resiliency group on Saturday mornings from 10:45am to noon at The Ramen Shop: 138 W Washington St, Sequim WA. Enter from the parking lot on the east side of the building.
